๐Ÿฆ For safari operators

Turn your safari routes into bookable connected adventures.

SmallSafari gives operators a customer booking app and a private operator portal. Customers book, view the trip, receive updates and upload photos. Operators manage bookings, customers, routes, vehicles, announcements and trip content from one portal.

What the system does

One app for customers. One portal for operators.

The customer app creates the premium connected safari experience. The operator portal gives your business the control layer behind it.

๐Ÿ—“๏ธ

Create safari products

Build 7 to 10 day safaris with route names, dates, capacity, camping nights, hotel nights, vehicle requirements and inclusions.

๐Ÿ’ณ

Accept bookings

Customers book from the app or web page. Operators can review booking status, guest details, payments and trip readiness.

๐Ÿš™

Manage convoy vehicles

Record front vehicle, rear vehicle, customer vehicles, Starlink availability, driver assignments and convoy notes.

๐Ÿ“ก

Push live updates

Send schedule changes, camp instructions, lunch stop notes, hotel reminders and safety messages directly to the group.

๐Ÿ“ธ

Collect photos

Guests add photos to the shared safari timeline. Operators can moderate, feature and organise trip galleries.

๐Ÿ“Š

Run the operation

See active trips, upcoming departures, customer counts, unpaid balances, waivers, documents and special requirements.

Operator workflow

From route idea to live safari.

1

Set up your operator profile

Add business details, contact information, operating regions, insurance notes, vehicle requirements and staff access.

2

Create safari departures

Add dates, capacity, price, route notes, camping schedule, hotel nights and what customers must bring.

3

Manage bookings

Track deposits, balances, guest details, documents, special requirements and vehicle allocations.

4

Run the live trip

Use the portal to push announcements, publish the day plan, organise photo content and keep the group aligned.

SmallSafari makes your existing safari knowledge easier to sell, easier to manage and easier for customers to understand before they book.

A branded digital experience without building your own app
A central view of bookings, vehicles and guests
Portal modules

Built around how safari operators actually work.

๐Ÿงพ

See confirmed, pending, unpaid, cancelled and waitlisted customers across all safari departures.

๐Ÿงญ

Trip builder

Structure the route day-by-day with drive sections, camp nights, hotel stops, meal notes and activity highlights.

๐Ÿ‘ฅ

Customer manager

Keep guest details, emergency contacts, documents, waivers, preferences and booking history in one place.

๐Ÿ“ฃ

Push updates to everyone, selected vehicles, or staff-only groups while the safari is active.

๐ŸŒ

Connected convoy

Front and back Starlink vehicles support an app-first experience even on remote routes.

๐Ÿจ

Is the portal only for operators?

Yes. Customers use the app and customer-facing booking flow. Operators use the private portal to manage bookings, customers, vehicles, routes, updates and trip content.

Do operators need Starlink in every vehicle?

The model is based on Starlink in the front and rear operator vehicles. Customer vehicles do not need their own Starlink for the app experience to work as part of the convoy model.

Can operators keep their own brand?

The page structure supports operator-branded departures and route content. The platform can be extended to support custom domains, brand colours and operator-specific booking pages.
